Minister for Funeral Service

I am a Non-Denominational Universalist Minister that performs Funeral and other Spiritual services as my full time vocation.
I work with all the major funeral homes in Johannesburg – Collinges, Doves , Martins, Avbob, Thom Kite as well as smaller funeral homes and chapels.

My forte is doing services for more non-religious people who do not want a traditionally over religious service, for example “Believers who are not necessarily church going”. I am also a good choice for Suicide and Atheist/Agnostic services.
Essentially, I deem myself to be a Spiritual Master of Ceremonies.

Meeting with the family a day or two before the service assures a perfect service.

Funeral Arrangements

My staff and I will manage your funeral with utmost finesse Your loved one will be treated with utmost respect.
We will work with you to arrange your funeral service from beginning to end. From picking up your loved one right up to delivering the death certificate.

The following is a list of the general services provided:

• Prompt removal of the deceased from home/hospital to our mortuary at any time of day or night
• Clothing and preparation of the deceased in the coffin
• Unlimited availability of our staff members’ service
• Obtaining the necessary documentation from doctors
• Registration of the death with the Department of Home Affairs
• Obtaining the official death certificate
• Placement of Funeral and Death notices in newspapers
• Consultation with minister, organist and all other participants
• Arrangement with chosen Cemetery/Crematorium
• Arrangement with florist for all floral requirements
• Arranging of family transport
• Arrangement with caterers for refreshments
• Arranging printed bulletins
• Arranging photographer/videographer
• All individual items such as white pigeons, balloons, bagpipers, various musicians and singers etc.
• Professional bereavement and trauma counselors
• Memorial works
• Professional Estate Administration
